At Pacific Scent, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite perfumes quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We proudly deliver all over Pakistan, including both major cities and remote areas, through trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are delivered within 3–4 working days after your payment and order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier workload, or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, strikes, or traffic issues).

3. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after full advance payment has been received.

  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be packed securely and handed over to our courier service.

  • You will receive a tracking number (if available) so you can monitor your delivery status.

4. Payment Method

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • All orders must be paid in advance through the available payment options shared during checkout or by our support team.

  • Orders that remain unpaid will not be processed or shipped.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply depending on your delivery location.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on special promotions or orders above a certain amount (as announced on our website or social media).
